On April 10th, 2026, a Pediatric Emergency Trauma CME was organized by the Department of Pediatrics at NEIGRIHMS in collaboration with the Indian Academy of Pediatrics, Meghalaya State Branch. The event covered essential topics such as setting up a Pediatric Emergency Department, approaches to managing trauma in children, and stabilization techniques through simulation. We were honored to have Dr Debasis Das Adhikari, Professor of Emergency Medicine at CMC Vellore, as esteemed guest faculty. It was a valuable opportunity for participants to enhance skills and knowledge in pediatric emergency care!
